Dear Dr. Avinoff:

In reply to your letter of November 4th, it will be perfectly satisfactory for you to send the initial payment of three thousand dollars, with the balance of four thousand dollars to be sent before the first of June, 1942, in payment for the Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton.

In reply to the letter from Mr. John Clark of November 4th, I am enclosing a list of the boxes and contents, with cubical measurements in inches of each box and its corresponding weight.

We are getting together the data for this specimen and will have it ready to include with the shipment.

Please be sure to advise us when the truck may be expected and I would suggest that it should reach here before noon on some week day, and not on Saturday or a holiday.
