Easy RegistrationAn information packet, including an emergency form, drop-off and pick-up procedures, and a map, will be mailed to parents/guardians upon registration.

If registering by phone, an Emergency Medical Information form will be sent to you for completion. This form should be returned at least one week prior to your child's first day of camp.

In Person Waiting Lists. For camps already filled, parents/guardians can request that their names be placed on a waiting list. No deposit is necessary to hold a place on the list. Parents/guardians will be notified by phone if space becomes available. Transfers. Students may transfer without penalty from one camp to another, space permitting, up to two weeks before the camp begins. A transfer may be made by calling (412) 622-3288. No transfersare permitted once a camp begins. Cancellations and Refunds. A parent/guardian may cancel a registration before a camp begins by calling (412) 622-3288. A full refund (minus a $10 handling fee) will be given up to two weeks prior to a session; a 50% refund will be given if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to a session. No refunds will be given if cancelled less than one week from the start of a session. Please note: Once the camp week begins there are no refunds for Pre- and Post Care hours. |
