Cretaceous Interior Seas - Along the Yellowstone River at Glendive, the first curator of the Section of Invertebrate Paleontology, Percy Raymond, made some of the earliest collections for Carnegie Museum from the Cretaceous shales of the Fox Hills Formation. (Clark, 8/8/1805)
