Institutional Archives include the records of Carnegie Museum of Natural History Museum departments, papers of individual Museum staff members and research associates and deposit archives of other organizations associated with the Museum. While primarily composed of correspondence files, these archives often contain photographs, newspaper clippings, drafts of manuscripts, original illustrations and other records relating to the collections and the management of the Museum’s departments or of the research activities of Museum staff.
