We invite you to join the Carnegie Discoverers!
As a member, you will:
- Receive fascinating information about Carnegie Museum of Natural History directly from the museum’s world-class curators, collection managers, and education staff.
- Participate in behind-the-scenes tours and special events.
- Have the opportunity to experience exclusive field trips.
- Become an ambassador and provide support for Carnegie Museum of Natural History.
You may attend all or some of the Discoverers’ events and activities as your busy schedule allows. Membership in the Carnegie Discoverers should never be viewed as a subscription to a series of performances or sporting events. Rather, through your membership, you provide support to the structure that embodies the Carnegie Discoverers.
Membership Levels
All memberships and corresponding benefits are annual and valid for 12 months from the date of membership or renewal. Click here for a Carnegie Discoverers membership form.
Member Level $125 each person
- Invitations to all Carnegie Discoverers events held during your membership year.
- Opportunities to participate in exclusive Carnegie Discoverers field trips and excursions.
- Invitations to exclusive Carnegie Museum of Natural History opening exhibition events and excursions.
Sponsor Level $250 per person
- All of the benefits of the Member Level.
- An invitation to a luncheon with a Carnegie Museum curator or collection manager.
- An opportunity to have up to six individuals professionally photographed at a memorable location within Carnegie Museum of Natural History. Locations and date to be coordinated with museum personnel.
- Two guest invitations for any Carnegie Discoverers events held during your membership year.
Patron Level $500+ per person
- All of the benefits of both the Member and Sponsor Levels.
- An invitation to dinner with Sam Taylor, Director of Carnegie Museum of Natural History.
- A private behind-the-scenes tour for up to six individuals conducted by a Carnegie Museum curator or collection manager. Tour itinerary and time to be mutually determined.
- Four guest invitations for any Carnegie Discoverers events held during your membership year.
