Mary Dawson’s research has revealed proof of the earliest migration – about 50 million years ago – of land animals between North America and Europe. Without fossil evidence, the migration would have remained a mere theory. Mary provides her opinion on the matter, and shows that even seasoned scientists can get excited over a new find:
