Capacity: 100 lecture style or 40 conference style
Space isn’t a problem in the Parker Room, Powdermill’s largest meeting room. Ideal for workshops and scientific seminars, the room comes complete with a data/video projection system, DVD and CD players, wireless microphone, lighted podium, big display screen, and a built-in servery.
Permanent Exhibitions Area
The Permanent Exhibitions Area is a multipurpose space showcasing Powdermill's natural history and research exhibitions. Its living stream offers a look at life in Powdermill Run, and the interactive bird call touchscreen is fun for all ages. Careful, because the deck’s beautiful wooded backdrop may be a little distracting.
The spacious deck is open to your ideas. Surrounded by gardens and woods, this space is all about the possibilities. Nearby, you have access to an outdoor, natural-stone amphitheater at the head of the beautiful Black Birch Trail.
