The museum operates a six-level parking facility for cars and small vans. The lot is located directly behind the museum and may be accessed from the intersection of Forbes Avenue and South Craig Street. Clearance is 6' 8", with upper deck parking for larger vehicles (full-sized vans, campers, etc.). Bus and motorcoach parking is available in the bus lanes adjacent to Phipps Conservatory on Schenley Dr., behind the Carnegie Museums. Parking pay stations are located near the main entrance admissions desk and near the museum Portal Entry. Cash and credit cards are accepted at pay stations, and credit cards only are accepted at the parking lot exit lanes.
